If you want to use your Digic 2 camera under MS Windows 7 - 64bits, you can configure a virtual 32bits machine and use the 32bits drivers. APT works perfectly in such configuration.

* This column shows the expected shutter life (shutter cycles or clicks including LiveView) according various sources. Your shutter life can be either more or less. The numbers are estimated using tests and statistical calculations and don't give any guarantee. APT can determine the current shutter counter for all Digic 3 and Digic 4 cameras.

 

** QE  is the Quantum Efficiency of unmodified camera.


(1) For the cameras with Digic 4 and later processor, APT can make true mirror lock only with USB cable.

(2) Needs RS232 (serial) cable or DSUSB controller to control Bulb exposures. See a list of serial cable vendors

(3) LiveView function of 20Da can not be controlled through PC.

(4) Digic 1 cameras are not supported at this stage.

(5) Needs to be in B mode for exposures >1s and in M mode for exposures <1s.
